March 5, 2023, 2nd Sunday of Lent

Hello.

Our next scheduled date for our choir is Sunday, March 5, 2023, the second Sunday of Lent.  We will meet at 9:15 a.m. Sunday morning to get organized for the practice and then begin rehearsal at 9:30 a.m., and end no later than 10:30 a.m.

Fr. Moses has asked the choirs to finish their practice in the church 30 minutes before Mass begins, so that the Rosary can start immediately afterward and therefore leave a time period of silence, or instrumental music, between when the Rosary finishes and Mass begins.

The music selections are found below.

February 22, 2023, Ash Wednesday

Hello.

Ash Wednesday Mass will be offered at St. Anthony's at 9:30 a.m., and at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church at 12:00 p.m. (noon) and 7:00 p.m.

I'll be leading the music for the noon Ash Wednesday Mass.  Those interested in joining me to sing at this Mass are most welcome.  For those of you attending the 7:00 p.m. Mass, Pat Hoelke will be leading the choir upstairs in the choir loft.

We will meet at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday morning to get organized for the practice and then begin rehearsal at 11:15 a.m.  I'm not sure whether there will be a Rosary said before Mass, but if there is, practise will be short - ending at 11:30 a.m.
